Users can apply to multiple jobs simultaneously, with the app automatically filling out application forms using the user's saved resume data. To ensure fair usage and prevent system abuse, a 20-minute timer is implemented between submissions.

• Resume Management: The app provides users with two convenient options for managing their resumes:

  • ATS-Friendly Resume Builder: Users can create a resume from scratch using a form-based builder, which is designed to be easily parsed by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Resume Upload: Users can also upload their own resume file to be used for applications. The app includes a function to verify that the resume is complete before an application can be submitted.

• Interview Preparation: HireGlide helps users prepare for interviews by providing a dedicated section with pre-compiled interview questions and answers. This content is organized by job category, with a wide range of roles covered, including Frontend Developer, Data Scientist, Project Manager, and more.

• User Accounts: The application features a robust user authentication system, allowing for secure registration and login. User information such as name, email, phone number, and state is stored locally on the device using AsyncStorage.

• Monetization and Analytics: To support the application's development and maintenance, HireGlide incorporates Google Mobile Ads. The app also includes analytics features that track key metrics, such as the total number of users and the total number of applications submitted across the entire platform.
